1.Engine: America Briggs & stratton 10.5HP air-cooled gasoline engine, the speed is controlled by accelerograph controller.
 2. Removal knife: Imported tungalloy knife hard and fast. The knife has two kinds, 24 teeth and 48 teeth. The 24 teeth knife also called thermoplastic knife, which is used to remove thermoplastic line, and the 48 teeth is main used to remove cold plastic line. Commonly, no matter thermoplastic or cold plastic line, the two kinds knifes both can be used. Long service life(beyond 180km/set), easy assemble . 
 3. Depth adjuster: Depth adjuster fixed near the handle with depth dial adopts accurate pitch to adjust so as to accurately control the depth if need. 
 4. Pressure adjuster: Adjust pressure of removal knife to road surface. According to the road surface conditions and line difference, adjust the removal pressure, whose max pressure can add into road surface. 
 5. Protective device: Automatic clutch makes the knife head automatic clutch with removal shaft according to the engine speed and road surface conditions, which makes sure the high quality removal, less damages and long time service life. Dust collector interface (optional dust collector device) can fix watering device, which greatly reduces the dust produced on job site. Rubber bush fixed around the knife can prevent dust and fragment during construction, which makes sure the safety of operator. 
 6. Emergency stop device: Equip with emergency stop switch, which can stop the machine in short time. 
 7. Brake device: Convenient foot brake system makes the machine unsafety condition in any time. 
 8. Operation: Forward, back off, left or right freely. Removal width can up to 620mm when left-right operation, removal width can up to 180mm when forward or back off. 
 9. Chassis: Firm welding frame, whose surface has been chrome-plated or high temperature treatment. The four-type structure makes sure the whole machine work more stable, and operation more convenient. 
 10. The tyres: Front tyres are special abrasion resistance improved rubber tyre, diameter 250mm. The back tyres are abrasion resistance improves rubber tyres, diameter 150mm, which can effectively prevent tackless or deformation after long time high temperature. Equip with speed imported bearing, which makes the whole machine more lightness.
